Modern Vietnamese at Harbord Diggers

Flavours of old Saigon, with a twist.

A family-run eatery that started in Cabramatta, now cooking pho, paper rolls and char-grilled meats above Freshwater Beach.

The story

Direct from its humble roots in Cabramatta, Bau Truong brings authentic modern Vietnamese cooking to Harbord Diggers on the Northern Beaches.

It's a family-run eatery. The closely guarded recipes trace back to the childhood of head chef and owner Bac Cang, who migrated from Vietnam.

The menu takes its cues from Vietnam's vibrant food culture, with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced produce and whatever is in season.
