Engagements, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, meetings and sporting functions, all catered through our in-house dining outlets.
Decorations are not provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

Catering comes from the in-house dining outlets, so outside food is not permitted. Cakes are welcome, with no cakeage.

Who can book
Event holders must be a current Mounties Group member. Not a member yet?
Duration and curfew
Event spaces are hired for three hours, and community rooms can be booked hourly. All outdoor bookings have a 9.30pm curfew.
Cancellations
Cancellations made in writing at least 48 hours before the event receive an 80% refund of the minimum spend. There is no refund within 48 hours.
Food, cakes and decorations
Cakes are welcome and there is no cakeage. No external food. Decorations are not provided but you can bring your own; confetti and gender-reveal balloons are not permitted.
Events we can't host
No 18ths, bucks, hens or fancy dress parties.
